Mobile Event Pricing
Enjoy a personalized painting event at your home, office, or chosen venue.
Base Rate: $400.00 (Covers the first 10 painters).
Additional Guest: $40.00 per person.
Service Fee: 20% Artist Gratuity added to the total.
Deposit: $100.00 non-refundable deposit required to secure your date and staff (or pay in full upfront).
Note: The host is responsible for meeting the 10-painter minimum. Pricing applies to regular 16×20 canvas classes; specialty classes may vary.
What’s Included?
We provide everything you need to create your masterpiece:
Customization: Choose a painting from our extensive library or have our artists design a custom piece for your event.
Professional Instruction: A skilled instructor (and assistant for larger groups) to guide you step-by-step.
All Supplies: 16×20 canvases, professional paints, brushes, and aprons.
Full Service: Complete setup and cleanup of the painting area.
Booking Requirements
Advance Notice: Events must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure staff availability.
Host Responsibilities: The host/venue must provide adequate tables, chairs, and space for all painters.
Setup: Access to the space is required 1 hour prior to the event start time for setup.
Peace of Mind: Proof of Insurability is available upon request.
